It seems that Beyonce has been officially crowned the queen of the popular music festival Coachella, after her second performance, on Saturday night. The singer took the stage once again and kept the same setlist as her performance from last weekend. Once again, she sang all of her hits and brought some very special guests with eh on stage, like husband Jay-Z, sister Solange, and former Destiny’s Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. However, a surprise appearance was that of singer J. Balvin, who joined Bey on stage to perform his hit Mi Gente.
However, even if the structure of the show was almost the same, Beyonce’s outfits were not. She once again sported some custom Balmain outfits, but different form the ones she wore last weekend, from the same designer. It’s interesting that right before her second performance, the signer revealed a pop-up shop on her official website where fans were able to buy Beychella-themed merchandise. Apart from this, Beyonce has made history at this year’s festival. She is the first black woman to ever headline Coachella. Apart from including her super hits, Beyonce’s show celebrated black culture and feminism with over 100 dancers on stage and some incredible guests.

Moreover, according to a source with knowledge, Beyonce put hours and hours into her performance because she wanted everything to be perfect. Last year, when she had to cancel her appearance, she was reportedly very disappointed. So, this year, she did everything she could for the show to be spectacular.
Last year, the Grammy winner cancelled her Coachella performance after becoming pregnant with twins. At the time, Lady Gaga, her Telephone collaborator, filled in for her. Beyonce and Jay-Z have also announced their upcoming joint tour, On the Run II. This summer, they will hit the road with their entire family, including their three children, Blue Ivy, and twins Rumi and Sir.
